They will develop a tailored care plan, ultimately connecting you with the help, resources, and service providers you and your loved ones need and deserve.

Crisis Hotline
Our crisis hotline is available 24/7 to provide immediate aid for individuals in behavioral or mental health distress. Dedicated to preventing suicide and reducing unstable situations, our team is here, so you do not have to walk through a crisis alone. We will connect you with community resources to stabilize your crisis and get you the help you need.

Mobile Crisis Team
Our Mobile Crisis Team, staffed by licensed and specially trained clinicians and peer support specialists, is here to provide immediate crisis support 24/7. Upon arriving at the scene of a crisis, we will assess the needs of you or your loved one to provide immediate stabilization and resources. Once the crisis is alleviated, we work with you to coordinate the necessary next steps towards sustainable health. Our teams are staffed by licensed and specially trained clinicians and peer support specialists.

School-Based Intervention Services
Our School-Based Intervention Team provides response services and crisis intervention for students or families experiencing mental or behavioral health crises. In partnership with the Cecil County Public School System, our staff of licensed counselors and therapists will provide the support and resources your child and family need to establish a healthy path forward.

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) & Education
It is critical that first responders understand the scope of the mental health epidemic and how to respond appropriately. Our CIT Team partners alongside first responders on the front line of crisis to provide educational and training services such as how to conduct basic suicide interventions, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, scenario training, and site visits to community providers.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
Our Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team is prepared to respond following a traumatic event or natural disaster. Specifically trained to provide support, debriefings, and stress management, our team will ensure impacted individuals, groups, or communities receive the care and resources they need.

Child & Adolescent Program
Our Children & Adolescent Program supports children and families experiencing mental or behavioral health crises. Staffed by licensed clinicians and peer support specialists, our primary goal is to de-escalate the crisis and develop an effective individualized service plan for each family. In addition, our team is available to support you, your child, and your family for up to six months following a crisis to ensure you get connected with the community resources you need to move forward into a place of sustainable recovery.

Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS)
Building on existing regional and county services, our Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) program provides crisis response and stabilization to youth and their families. Utilizing a family-centered approach, MRSS provides families with crisis de-escalation strategies, short-term stabilization, and strategic coaching to prevent and diffuse future crises.
