Mobile Crisis Team

Our Mobile Crisis Team is ready to respond to your mental health emergency 24 hours a day. Upon arriving at the scene of a crisis, we assess the needs of you or your loved one in order to provide immediate stabilization and resources. Once the crisis is alleviated, we work with you to coordinate the necessary next steps towards sustainable health.

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) & Education

With the goal of ensuring first responders are adequately prepared for any crisis they may encounter, our CIT Team provides educational and training services to prepare these individuals on the front lines of crises to be able to conduct basic suicide interventions and other mental health services, including Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, scenario training, and site visits to community providers.

Mobile Crisis Stabilization Service (MCSS)

In partnership with the Department of Social Services, our Mobile Crisis Stabilization Service (MCSS) supports youth and their families in the foster or kinship care system. Our MCSS team provides families with stabilization strategies to de-escalate a crisis and identify beneficial community resources to effectively support the youth and family on their road to stability.

Families and youth must be referred by their local Department of Social Services to receive MCSS services.

Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS)

Building on existing regional and county services, our Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) program provides crisis response and stabilization to youth and their families. Utilizing a family-centered approach, MRSS provides families with crisis de-escalation strategies, short-term stabilization, and strategic coaching to prevent and diffuse future crises.
