Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our crisis hotline provides emergency aid to any crisis you are experiencing. We ensure you receive capable, compassionate support and coordinate with community resources and providers to establish the care and relief you deserve.

Mobile Crisis Team
Available for immediate dispatch 24/7, our Mobile Crisis Team addresses behavioral or mental health crises across the Eastern Shore. Dedicated to providing immediate relief and a path to sustainable health, our team will connect you with the community resources you need for long-term recovery.

Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) & Education
With a goal to ensure each individual is properly prepared for any crisis throughout their tenure as a first responder, our CIT Team provides educational and training services for first responders throughout the Eastern Shore, including basic suicide interventions, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, scenario training, and site visits to community providers.

Our experienced, compassionate CISM Team provides debriefings and stress management for individuals, groups, and communities that have endured a traumatic event, disaster, or critical incident.

Mobile Crisis Stabilization Service (MCSS)
Our Mobile Crisis Stabilization Service (MCSS) supports youth and their families in the foster or kinship care system experiencing a mental or behavioral health challenge. Our team will provide stabilization strategies and identify essential community resources to effectively support your family, so you never have to walk alone.
Families and youth must be referred by their local Department of Social Services to receive MCSS services.

Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS)
Building on existing regional and county services, our Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) program provides crisis response and stabilization to youth and their families. Utilizing a family-centered approach, MRSS provides families with crisis de-escalation strategies, short-term stabilization, and strategic coaching to prevent and diffuse future crises.

Children & Adolescent Program
Santé Eastern Shore’s Children & Adolescent Program supports children and families experiencing mental or behavioral health crises. Our team of licensed clinicians and peer support specialists will work with you to de-escalating the crisis and develop an individualized service plan for your family. If necessary, we will stay connected with your family for up to six months following the crisis so that you receive the support you need to achieve sustainable long-term recovery.
